Attorney Judith Nusch is a fully bilingual (English/Spanish) criminal defense attorney with a proven track record representing clients in a wide range of cases—from minor traffic offenses to the most serious felony charges. With a deep commitment to justice and client advocacy, she brings both compassion and strength to every case she handles.

A graduate of Emory University School of Law with honors, Attorney Nusch distinguished herself early in her legal career by winning first place at the regional Frederick Douglas Moot Court Competition, earning the Dean’s Service Award, and being inducted into the prestigious Order of Emory Advocates.

Over the course of her career, she has litigated more than 1,200 cases, giving her extensive hands-on experience in both trial and negotiation settings.

Attorney Nusch is also well-versed in the immigration consequences of criminal convictions, an area of vital importance for non-citizen clients facing criminal charges. Her legal background further includes involvement in complex investigations involving securities violations and money laundering.

With every case, Attorney Nusch combines legal excellence, cultural understanding, and unwavering advocacy to fight for the best possible outcomes for her clients.
